How will travel and hotel arrangements be handled?
Travel and hotel arrangements may be made on your own or through tour companies that also offer tour options for before and after the convention. Since the convention will be held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, all delegates are highly encouraged to secure accommodations only at this site.
What are the responsibilities of each overseas district?
Each world district is to designate a speaker for the panel (Sunday), offer a district entertainment presentation (Saturday, 7 minutes max), and to inform their delegates to provide gifts for the gift exchanges. (Saturday dinner, 9 gifts for your table of 10)
How will registration materials be handled?
All attendees, including those from Hawaii, will pick up materials at the Hilton before the convention convenes. Sometimes, registration materials may be handled by your specific tour company.
