How will travel and hotel arrangements be handled?
Travel and hotel arrangements may be made on your own or through tour companies that also offer tour options for before and after the convention.
What are the responsibilities of each overseas district?
Each world district is to designate a speaker for the panel, a district entertainment offering, and to provide gifts for the gift exchanges.
How will registration materials be handled?
Registration materials will be handled by your specific tour company at major hotels. Attendees from Hawaii will pick up materials at the host hotel. All others will pick up materials at convention venue on Saturday morning.
