Note: The registration page is a work in progress and will be updated as registration details are confirmed.
ALL DISTRICTS
- Districts in the Americas (BCA, CANADA, SOUTH AMERICA, HAWAII) will register directly through CVENT. Hotel reservations will be made directly through the Hilton website using a special convention code at a later date.
- The JAPAN district will submit registration and hotel reservation requests through JTB or Kintetsu, the official travel agencies for the Japan delegation. These agencies will collect registration forms, compile participant lists, collect fees, make hotel reservations and input all information into CVENT by the established deadlines.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES & FEES
- June 30, 2026 – Early Registration ($325) date was updated on 8/27/25
- March 31, 2027 – Regular Registration ($350)
- July 1, 2027 – Late Registration Deadline ($375)
Note: The final deadline for applications is Thursday, July 1, 2027. Once the convention registration fee has been received, it is non-refundable. However, the name of the registered participant may be changed. In order to change the name of a registered participant send notification to Hawaii Federation of BWAs by Thursday, July 1, 2027. After July 1, 2027, the name of a registered participant cannot be changed. No refunds or pro-rated refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, or partial participation.
ALL DISTRICTS
- CVENT: After registering, all delegates will be contacted for further signups with CVENT (internet software program who manages many kinds of information for a large group). If you are not tech-savy, you may seek assistance from a United BWA friend, or your Housing Bureau. Here are some areas covered by CVENT:
- Meals – choice of lunch sandwiches – indicate if vegetarian; assigned table number for dinner at Coral Ballroom; additional guest for dinner.
- Workshops – select one workshop per breakout session (total 2)
- Verify Nametag Information
- Items to pickup on Friday: All delegates, including Hawaii, will pickup the following during the registration period on Friday, September 11 from 12:00-6:00pm at the Tapa Tower lobby. If not picked up by Friday, report to the Registration Desk at the Tapa Tower on Saturday morning before the Convention opening begins. Here is a list of items included:
- Souvenir bag
- Convention booklet
- Lei for each delegate
- Nametag (listing of meal table and workshop sign-ups)
- What else to bring: Bring also your Nenju and Motoshikisho to the services and convention events. A commemorative Montoshikisho will also be available for purchase by a pre-order form sent to World Districts earlier or at the Convention. Cost $50
